Senior Data Engineer

Overall 5+ years of data modeling and data pipelines 2+ years of hands-on experience using dbt in a production environment Excellent skills in analytical SQL and building data pipelines Strong understanding of cloud data warehouses (Snowflake is a huge plus) Comfortable using Python for orchestration, integration and scripting Collaborating with multiple stakeholders within and outside the Data team Iterative, agile-like development process with frequent releases Writing quality, highly maintainable code and documentation Excited about new technologies and spending time staying up to date in the industry

Responsible for ChowNow’s data platform, built on Snowflake, dbt, and AWS. Partner with data scientists to build the tools that inject high-quality data and insights. Contribute to data-driven experimentation. Improve the availability, accuracy, timeliness, and accessibility of the data platform.
