Requirements:
Effective communication with clients, patients, caregivers, and families. Customer service experience (friendly, positive, persuasive, solutions-oriented). Proactive problem-solving ability for difficult situations. Highly organized with attention to detail. 2-3 years of customer service, healthcare, hospitality, or retail experience preferred. Strong ability to navigate multiple technology systems simultaneously. Previous experience as a home care scheduler or front-line scheduler is a plus. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Experience in home care, healthcare, or senior-related industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Place home care aides into long-term placements with patients. Address staffing scenarios, attendance issues (no shows, lateness), and schedule changes. Handle customer service complaints. Assign clients to appropriate clinicians using technology. Track ongoing cases and communication using a ZenDesk ticketing system. Communicate schedule updates or changes to caregivers and patients. Utilize multiple software systems for service delivery. Handle Patient Health Information (PHI).
