GTM Engineer

Experience building GTM systems or technical workflows in a high-growth SaaS or AI startup Strong fluency in data flows, system integrations, APIs, and workflow automation A track record of building internal technical tooling that improves GTM speed and reliability Ability to translate product capabilities into repeatable, operational GTM systems Structured thinker with comfort building dashboards, syncing data, or troubleshooting integrations A builder–operator mindset Excellent cross-functional partner who can work with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering Bonus: experience with AI prompt engineering, RAG workflows, or internal demo environment setup

Design and maintain internal GTM systems Build reusable internal integrations, scripts, and automations Create and manage internal demo environments Translate product features into operational workflows Collaborate with Product & Engineering to validate feasibility and build light prototypes Develop dashboards, analytics, and reporting frameworks Streamline onboarding, training, and internal enablement through technical tooling Continuously improve internal systems Serve as the technical backbone for GTM
