Requirements:
Around 5 years of experience in product management, engineering, or cross-functional leadership in a high-growth environment. Proven track record of hands-on project delivery in tech, AI, or digital platforms. Strong background in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field (preferred). Excellent problem-solving skills. Experience working directly with executives on high-stakes initiatives. Mature judgment and strong communication skills. Responsibilities:
Define, track, and deliver AI initiatives and OKRs. Own end-to-end implementation of AI and tech projects. Identify operational gaps and implement AI/automation solutions. Design, test, and deploy AI-driven workflows and tools. Ensure seamless integration of AI systems into business processes. Coordinate AI initiatives across departments. Lead pilot programs and new product initiatives. Build scalable systems, dashboards, and processes for AI adoption.
