AI Engineer

3+ years of experience building AI/ML algorithms and solutions. Degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience with Python. Experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch and scikit-learn. Strong understanding of various machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, neural networks). Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), traditional ML, and LLMs. Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. Familiarity with GenAI concepts (RAG, agentic workflows, MCP, A2A, tool use, function calling, multi-modal systems). Experience with MLOps (monitoring and optimizing AI models). Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Github Actions, or Skaffold).

Create AI/ML algorithms for tools and workflows with a focus on agentic capabilities. Embed AI/ML models into applications, build workflows, and ensure seamless performance. Write production-level code and define processes and best practices for team growth. Work with a collaborative international team to understand business needs and translate them into solutions. Leverage AI for predictive analysis, automation, decision support, and operational optimization. Leverage LLMs for content generation, entity extraction, analyzing text, LLM orchestration, and agentic workflows. Wrap analytical models into deployable APIs. Collaborate with data engineering and software development teams.
