Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Media, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. 1-2 years of experience in website QA, QC, or digital content review. Strong focus on WordPress-based sites. Hands-on experience using WordPress, Lighthouse, Semrush, Figma, and the Gutenberg editor. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals. Proven ability to identify functional and visual issues across browsers and devices. Familiarity with QA or issue-tracking platforms (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana). Excellent written communication and documentation abilities.
Responsibilities:
Conduct manual and automated testing of website pages and user flows. Verify design and layout accuracy against UX/UI mockups. Review and validate web content for accuracy and brand compliance. Identify, document, and track issues and bugs. Collaborate with web developers, designers, and content managers. Support regression and pre-release testing. Perform basic accessibility and SEO checks. Maintain QA documentation. Monitor website performance and user experience.
