AI Research Engineer

3+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, with a recent focus on Generative AI Deep understanding of LLM operations, including prompt engineering Experience building and deploying AI agents using modern frameworks Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with prompt-based agents or RAG architectures (nice to have)

Perform research on Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions Develop new AI solutions and participate in architecture definition Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for specific use cases and domains Create and maintain prompt engineering strategies and evaluation frameworks Support and upgrade current AI solutions used in Production Analyze data, design data collection, and assess the quality of AI services
