Per Diem - Nurse Practitioner - 1099

Licensed to practice telemedicine in at least 15 synchronous telehealth states At least 15 active independent state licenses in good standing including: AR, WV, DE, DC, KS, RI, VT Completed an accredited FNP or WHNP program with a national certification ANCC board certification is required Minimum of 2 years experience in primary care or reproductive care 1 year in-person primary care experience At least 1 year of telehealth or virtual care experience, preferably in a start-up environment Great grasp of using online tools and technology to deliver a high-level of care and communication with patients

Conduct consultations via phone, video, or asynchronously based on state telemedicine regulations Provide exceptional patient care by evaluating patient records, diagnosing, and prescribing medication Follow best practices and company-specific policies to best diagnose and treat patients Communicate compassionately with patients in our patient portal and answer patient questions related to care
