Chemistry Expert - AI Tutor

M.S. or Ph.D. in Chemistry At least 2+ years of professional or research experience in Chemistry. Preferred Sub-Domains: Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Cheminformatics & Data Science, or Quantum Chemistry. Understanding of or exposure to AI-related workflows is a plus. Commitment of ~40 hours/week (minimum of ~20 hours/week). Participation in calibration calls with research teams 2–5 times per week.

Collaborate with AI research teams to improve model understanding and reasoning in the Chemistry domain. Create and maintain annotation standards specific to Chemistry, ensuring precision and consistency. Develop rubrics, evaluation frameworks, and guidelines to assess AI reasoning and task performance. Design complex, domain-relevant Chemistry tasks and provide accurate, well-structured solutions. Review and evaluate Chemistry tasks, offering clear and constructive feedback to enhance data quality. Work with other Chemistry experts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality outputs across projects.
