Requirements:
BS or MS in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of technology industry experience in a hands-on engineering role. 2+ years of experience building and launching AI products. Experience working in a high-paced, customer-focused environment. Experience building both backend and frontend solutions using Python and Typescript. Experience building agentic systems, understanding of recent frameworks is a strong plus. Hands-on experience with prompting, defining agent success metrics, and staying current with LLM advancements.
Responsibilities:
Prototyping, building, and launching AI experiences for large retailers and enterprises. Partnering with PM, sales, and clients to define and refine customer requirements. Partnering with engineering teams to leverage AI platform capabilities and contribute feedback. Establishing and implementing AI business metrics, analyzing data, and iterating to improve performance. Planning work, negotiating deadlines, and offering creative solutions for client projects.
