2 - 5+ years of talent sourcing or recruiting in technical/ERP/EAM roles Prior exposure to IBM Maximo, ERP, or enterprise software ecosystems is highly preferred Ability to engage with candidates on technical skills Strong interviewing skills to extract detailed project and client information Excellent written and verbal communication in English Highly organized in capturing and structuring candidate and lead data Experience with Salesforce, Bullhorn, or similar recruiting CRM/ATS systems Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first, global environment Self-driven, detail-oriented, and motivated
