Requirements:
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal). Previous experience in a healthcare setting is highly preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Comfortable working independently in a remote setting. Availability to work during assigned hours, including occasional weekends.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and assign caregivers or nurses to open shifts. Reach out to clients to discuss care plans or shift needs. Respond promptly to emergency requests and ensure timely caregiver placement. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shift coordination. Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English with clients, caregivers, and internal teams.
