Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in Number Operations, Carrier Operations or equivalent, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
- 2+ years in a management role
- Advanced proficiency with customer support technologies (Zendesk) and Carrier Portal solutions
- Advanced project management experience
- Proficiency with Gsheet and Looker; SQL a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical projects
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a global team of 20
- Build and execute Number Operations OKRs
- Own customer escalations
- Build and maintain relationships with carrier partners
- Project manage KYC/compliance requests
- Partner with Product on UX improvements and automation
- Partner with VP and Support Leadership on capacity planning, forecasting, and budgeting
- Identify leverage areas and develop strategies for process improvement
