Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a senior management role in the cryptocurrency industry.
- Proven experience in engaging with regulators and managing a business subject to regulatory oversight.
- Strong network within European financial services, fintech, and cryptocurrency sectors.
- Deep understanding of the European legal and regulatory framework around cryptocurrencies.
- Familiarity with the European market, including regulations, market trends, and competition.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all country-level operations for Ndax in Spain, including business development, regulatory compliance, marketing, and customer support.
- Drive Ndax’s expansion strategy in Spain, evaluating and recommending growth options based on market analysis.
- Support major regulatory efforts and ensure Ndax operates in full compliance with local regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities and local financial institutions.
- Represent Ndax at media engagements, conferences, and industry forums.
- Monitor local market trends and competition to adjust strategies.
- Ensure that Ndax’s brand and values are reflected locally.
- Work closely with global teams to tailor products and user experiences for local clients.
- Provide regular performance and growth reports to senior management.
