Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in a senior management role in the cryptocurrency industry.
• Proven experience in engaging with regulators and managing a business subject to regulatory oversight.
• Strong network within European financial services, fintech, and cryptocurrency sectors.
• Deep understanding of the European legal and regulatory framework around cryptocurrencies.
• Familiarity with the European market, including regulations, market trends, and competition.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all country-level operations for Ndax in Spain, including business development, regulatory compliance, marketing, and customer support.
• Drive Ndax’s expansion strategy in Spain, evaluating and recommending growth options based on market analysis.
• Support major regulatory efforts and ensure Ndax operates in full compliance with local regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities and local financial institutions.
• Represent Ndax at media engagements, conferences, and industry forums.
• Monitor local market trends and competition to adjust strategies.
• Ensure that Ndax’s brand and values are reflected locally.
• Work closely with global teams to tailor products and user experiences for local clients.
• Provide regular performance and growth reports to senior management.
