Program Manager, Operations

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field. Advanced English level. Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain roles. Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and project scope. Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.

Lead complex, cross-functional operational programs from initiation through execution. Collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success for improvements. Develop and monitor KPIs for program success and continuous improvement. Create project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines. Serve as a liaison between stakeholders for objective alignment. Analyze data for decision-making, automation, and process enhancement. Champion lean principles and operational best practices.
