Handle shipping and fulfillment for influencer product deliveries. Keep influencers informed on shipping, payment, and campaign details. Track and measure outreach effectiveness. Optimize outreach messaging based on performance data. Guarantee automatic follow-ups are sent. Update and refine follow-up messages. Sort influencer-generated content based on quality and brand alignment. Send personalized follow-ups with next steps. Manage the influencer community by posting activities twice a week. Foster engagement within the influencer community. Compile and review influencer invoices. Submit invoices for approval and follow up on timely payments. Compile influencer performance data. Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports. Collaborate with Paid Media, Email Marketing, and E-commerce teams.
