Community Manager

2-3 years of experience in content writing, preferably within the tech, finance, or cryptocurrency industry. Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and digital finance concepts. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social), community platforms (e.g., Discord, Telegram, Circle), and basic analytics tools. Event Planning Experience: Prior experience organizing virtual or physical events, especially those aimed at community building.

Develop and maintain active and positive engagement with community members. Implement strategies to grow the community and build loyalists. Create and share valuable content, respond to discussions, and stimulate conversations. Address community questions and concerns, escalating as needed. Organize and lead online and offline events. Act as a brand ambassador and monitor brand image. Support new users in onboarding and education. Track and analyze community engagement metrics and user sentiment.
