Strong data analysis skills with eagerness to learn. Familiarity with data tools like Google Sheets. Historical expertise that compounds to bring a well-rounded perspective. Breadth of experience from domains like mathematics, data analytics, business operations, retail, finance, media buying. Approach challenges with structured thinking and logical frameworks. Passionate about e-commerce. Highly motivated and hardworking. Thrive in environments with direct results and full accountability.
Responsibilities:
Craft data-driven forecasts and execute strategies. Foster strong client relationships through clear communication. Communicate steps taken and compare results to projections. Serve as a representative and advocate for CTC's approach. Develop Growth Forecasts for clients. Build Growth Maps using the Prophet System. Analyze data for Growth Maps. Align and maintain marketing calendars with clients. Execute daily plans vs. forecasts and make adjustments. Develop strategic plans based on data analysis and client feedback. Implement CTC's Meta best practices. Build campaigns using CTC's structure and best practices. Monitor active campaigns and adjust budgets/strategy. Implement tests to improve campaign performance. Ensure work is delivered on time with optimal quality. Send daily performance updates to clients. Ensure alignment with clients on strategy and forecasts. Provide weekly updates on the Weekly Strategy Call. Contribute learnings back to the system for improvement. Collaborate with teams on ideas and learnings. Contribute to future company content production.
