3+ years experience in a front-end role using: HTML / HTML5, SCSS / CSS3, jQuery / Javascript, Bootstrap 3 / 4, React Ability to transform designs (Photoshop XD, Sketch, Figma etc) into flawless cross-device implementations Understanding of SEO principles, web accessibility, and technical writing (bonus) Experience with CI/CD pipelines (bonus) Good understanding of web standards Good understanding of site performance and site optimisation Good understanding of Git and versions control Excellent written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail Fast learner enthusiastic to train on new stacks/technologies A problem-solving and positive attitude Start-up mentality and the desire to see HyperionDev succeed An interest in the future of education and online learning Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Creating the structure, template or layouts of new projects using frameworks and libraries like Bootstrap, Angular, Ember, React, Vue, Django, Jquery and material design Creating dynamic page layouts based on api information Developing responsive, mobile-first web applications and PWAs Cross browser support for all modern browsers Implementing basic SEO Identifying and suggesting user experience improvements Provide mentorship to peers and team members Participate in code reviews and contribute to the teams continuous upskilling
