Senior Front-End Developer

Minimum 3+ years experience in a front-end role. Proficient in HTML / HTML5, SCSS / CSS3, jQuery / Javascript, Bootstrap 3 / 4, and React. Ability to transform designs (Photoshop XD, Sketch, Figma etc.) into flawless cross-device implementations. Understanding of SEO principles, web accessibility, and technical writing (bonus). Experience with CI/CD pipelines (bonus). Good understanding of web standards. Good understanding of site performance and site optimisation. Good understanding of Git and version control. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail. Fast learner enthusiastic to train on new stacks/technologies. A problem-solving and positive attitude. Start-up mentality and the desire to see HyperionDev succeed. An interest in the future of education and online learning. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Web Analytics / Google Analytics (preferred). Google Tag Manager (preferred). Google Search Console (preferred). Coding / writing for SEO (preferred). Django and MVT architecture (preferred). Webpack / Gulp / Grunt (preferred). Experience in template languages, Django, Python, etc. (preferred). Prior tech startup experience in a high-growth and ambitious environment (preferred). Worked on SEO, CSS and website optimization projects (preferred).

Create project structures, templates, and layouts using frameworks like Bootstrap, Angular, Ember, React, Vue, Django, Jquery, and material design. Develop dynamic page layouts based on API information. Develop responsive, mobile-first web applications and PWAs. Ensure cross-browser support for all modern browsers. Implement basic SEO. Identify and suggest user experience improvements. Provide mentorship to peers and team members. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous upskilling.
