Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred 7+ years of experience selling technology solutions to large organizations (8,000+ lives) Direct experience with consumer spending accounts (FSA, HSA, commuter, lifestyle) Strong preference for background in Benefits Administration or Human Capital Management (HCM) Proven ability to execute a thorough sales discovery process and deliver tailored solutions Experience working with health benefit brokers and consultants strongly preferred Exceptional presentation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills Ability to travel as needed Channel sales experience is a plus
