Requirements:
1+ year of sales experience (SDR, BDR, or sales internship preferred) or business experience and a strong interest in SaaS sales. Passion for helping nonprofits and understanding their challenges. Self-starter mentality with the ability to adapt and push yourself daily. Resilience and persistence; comfortable with rejection. Strong communication and storytelling skills (written and verbal). Curious and coachable mindset with a drive to continuously improve. Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, 6Sense is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Master Bloomerang’s Product & Value to articulate value to decision-makers. Prospect and engage cold accounts through research and strategic outreach. Generate and nurture a 90-day rolling pipeline of high-quality potential meetings. Collaborate with Account Executives to build a pipeline that converts into revenue. Consistently meet business development targets. Maintain accurate sales data and lead tracking through Salesforce.
