1+ year of sales experience (SDR, BDR, or sales internship preferred) or business experience and a strong interest in SaaS sales. Passion for helping nonprofits and understanding their challenges. Self-starter mentality with the ability to adapt and push yourself daily. Resilience and persistence; comfortable with rejection. Strong communication and storytelling skills (written and verbal). Curious and coachable mindset with a drive to continuously improve. Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, 6Sense is a plus.
