8+ years in data-focused roles (engineering, analytics, or analytics engineering) Experience mentoring or leading team members Strong technical background with SQL, Python, cloud data warehouses, pipelines Experience building or scaling data/insights platforms Ability to bridge technical and business discussions Excellent communication skills Curious about crypto and DeFi (experience is a plus)

Take ownership of LI.FI's data strategy Lead and align data efforts across teams Build and evolve internal insights platform Ensure scalable, reliable pipelines for tracking API and product usage Define and champion best practices in data modeling, documentation, governance, and infrastructure Translate product and business questions into concrete data projects and pipelines Mentor and support the data team as it grows
