Responsibilities:
Build and evolve backend services in Go and Node.js for our AI platform Take specifications and convert them into designs and implementations using an AI-first workflow Implement microservices and real-time APIs (REST, gRPC, WebSockets) Build pipelines for audio processing, embeddings, transcripts, and LLM-powered reasoning Use AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT) to accelerate development Work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka/SQS Deploy, monitor, and optimize services using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, AWS/GCP Act as an AI workflow ambassador
