Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Five plus years in substation electrical construction
- At least 3 years in direct supervision
- Trade licensing preferred or willingness to obtain
- Familiarity with commercial terms, substation construction practices, and legal standards
- Comprehensive understanding of installation, maintenance, and repair processes in substations
- Ability to convey information effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to maintain quality standards while handling high work volumes
- Previous experience in electrical project management is a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate project completion within cost, quality, and schedule objectives
- Foster strong on-site customer relationships
- Establish project deadlines, allocate responsibilities, and monitor progress
