Minimum 3 years Consulting experience, ideally from a top-tier firm In-house strategy/operations experience also considered Track record of coaching clients to measurable outcomes Track record of coaching case teams Demonstrated skills in project management Demonstrated skills in effective communication Commitment to producing high-quality, client-ready work on tight timelines Orientation toward being a proactive, curious team member Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree preferred
Responsibilities:
Own the entire life cycle of a consulting engagement Lead day-to-day work and manage teams of 1-6 Manage upwards to engage Principals or Senior Advisors Manage client relationships Identify client's most pressing strategic issues and develop hypotheses Create and maintain project team work plans Ensure client deliverables are high-quality and timely Provide regular coaching and input to team members Assign team members to highest value work Structure team member analyses and review deliverables Build trustworthy, transparent, and collaborative relationships with senior executives Facilitate client engagement in case team work Identify opportunities for additional client work
