Tax Manager with UHNW Experience

4 or more years’ experience in public accounting with an emphasis on Tax. BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field. Licensed CPA OR EA certified. Capability to research complex tax issues. Extensive experience in researching tax issues for a variety of entities and individual tax issues. Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Demonstrates proactive thinking. Experience developing and training associate level professionals.

Provide tax compliance and consulting to high-net worth individuals, partnerships, and corporations. Oversee complex tax research projects. Work with clients to minimize their federal, state, and local tax liability. Supervise tax associates' assignments and manage tax consulting services delivery. Develop and motivate tax seniors and associates through work review and career guidance. Manage multiple engagements and deliver high-quality products timely and efficiently.
