Senior Software Engineer, Safety

5+ years of experience in software development Experience shipping features used by customers and iterating on customer feedback Strong communication skills and a desire to collaborate A growth mindset and excitement around building new skills and expertise Quick learner and operate with minimum supervision Comfortable with building out end-to-end solutions, working across the stack Assist in maintaining production systems and provide operational support Utilize logs and metrics for tracking down and investigating bugs 5+ years of full-stack experience working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to an early-stage product (ideal) Experience with taking LLM systems to production (ideal) Effectively collaborated on a geographically distributed team (ideal) Maintain software products at scale (ideal) Experience in Go, GraphQL, Typescript, React, and AWS is a plus
