Machine Learning Engineer - Customer Solutions

Strong Python and Machine Learning Engineering skills. Experience using and applying AI to solve customer problems. Ability to develop agentic AI systems that can automate human processes. Understanding of how software is deployed through Kubernetes. Capability to deploy infrastructure elements independently. Demonstrated problem-solving and project management skills. Ability to analyze workflows and design automated solutions.

Collaborate with customers to understand workflows and design/build Virtual Agents. Contribute to the development of the Virtual Agent development platform. Ensure AI services maintain high standards of reliability, observability, availability, and performance. Participate in the machine learning community to influence technology implementation. Take ownership of customer outcomes and make decisions to delight customers. Contribute full-stack development, including software engineering, DevOps, and MLOps. Manage tasks and projects to ensure AI solutions deliver maximum value.
