Requirements
- Strong Python and Machine Learning Engineering skills.
- Experience using and applying AI to solve customer problems.
- Ability to develop agentic AI systems that can automate human processes.
- Understanding of how software is deployed through Kubernetes.
- Capability to deploy infrastructure elements independently.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze workflows and design automated solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand workflows and design/build Virtual Agents.
- Contribute to the development of the Virtual Agent development platform.
- Ensure AI services maintain high standards of reliability, observability, availability, and performance.
- Participate in the machine learning community to influence technology implementation.
- Take ownership of customer outcomes and make decisions to delight customers.
- Contribute full-stack development, including software engineering, DevOps, and MLOps.
- Manage tasks and projects to ensure AI solutions deliver maximum value.
