High School degree or equivalent. Fluency in English and Italian Language Interpreter- C2, C1, B2, Native (OCI Required). Advanced skills in the cultural dynamics of Italian Language (cultural implication and idiomatic expression). Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills.
Responsibilities:
Render correct concepts and meanings between Italian and English, upholding grammar and syntax rules. Provide strict renditions of messages, including every detail of the conversation. Employ good customer service and communication skills with clear enunciation and a professional voice. Follow client instructions, manage call flow, and avoid unauthorized interaction. Remain calm during challenging calls, especially in emergency situations. Remain punctual and available during scheduled work hours. Ensure access to the internet for work-related electronic communication. Perform other assigned duties.
