Requirements:
3-5 years of direct, hands-on email marketing experience, ideally for DTC or eCommerce brands. Deep Klaviyo expertise — including flows, campaigns, segmentation, tagging, and reporting. Strong project management skills. Excellent QA skills. Analytical mindset. Strong grasp of direct response marketing principles. Proven experience designing, executing, and iterating on A/B tests. Understanding of deliverability fundamentals and best practices. Comfort working cross-functionally with copy, creative, retention, and analytics teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous environment. Proactive: can take initiative and problem-solve. Clear, respectful, and prompt communication. Detail-oriented. Growth mindset, adaptable, open to feedback, and driven to continuously improve. Strong 'builder' desire. Basic Figma, HTML, or copywriting skills (bonus).
Responsibilities:
Co-develop customer journey maps and translate them into emails, SMS, and DM flows. Implement advanced automation and segmentation strategies for acquisition and retention. Maintain and improve existing flows, auditing performance and proposing adjustments. Manage end-to-end execution of email campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies. Build and maintain a content calendar/strategy for campaigns. Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create compelling email creative and templates. Segment and target audiences for campaigns. Configure technical elements of campaigns in Klaviyo. Analyze campaign results and prepare actionable reports. Manage segmentation, tagging, deliverability management, and account structure in Klaviyo. Assess, optimize, and build segments for targeting. Design and optimize pop-ups and zero-party data capture. Optimize email deliverability architecture and monitor key metrics. Quickly troubleshoot bounce rate spikes, spam complaints, or other deliverability red flags. Report on campaign and flow performance, focusing on key revenue and engagement metrics. Run continuous A/B tests on various elements. Collaborate with internal teams on project management. Collaborate with ad agency to review and approve project roadmaps and content. Work with Klaviyo and Recart vendors to optimize campaigns and flows. Compile and review email and SMS invoices.
