3+ years of experience as a researcher or engineer. Solid technical proficiency with programming skills. Ability to understand large and complex systems and architectures. Openness and willingness to experiment and learn new technologies. Independence and proactive attitude, ability to take initiative. Goal-oriented mindset and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Ability to work effectively with teammates and other teams. Clearly share knowledge and cooperate with external organizations (e.g., major browser vendors, W3C, GitHub discussions).

Explore and understand latest technologies in ad tech. Conduct research and experiment with new technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess integration potential. Evaluate effectiveness and feasibility of ad tech solutions. Build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to evaluate effectiveness and utility. Assess new privacy mechanisms (e.g., Privacy Sandbox APIs) by building PoCs, testing, and suggesting improvements. Explore solutions for Android and iOS, creating prototypes to improve performance on mobile platforms. Mentor less experienced colleagues.
