2-5+ years of experience in a Business Development (BDR), Sales Development (SDR), or similar role with a record of high performance. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be persuasive and professional over the phone and in writing. A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed. An analytical curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding the "why" behind marketing and sales performance. Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude in a dynamic environment. Experience with Account-Based Marketing/Experience (ABM/ABX) concepts and platforms like 6sense (a plus). Hands-on experience with CRMs (like Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (like Outreach or SalesLoft) (a plus).
