Requirements
- Recent graduate or early-career candidate in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Engineering, UX, Applied Data, or related discipline.
- Deep interest in healthcare technology and EMR systems.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in ambiguous environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort learning and working with modern SDKs, APIs, and plugin-based architectures.
- Willingness to ramp into concepts like event-driven design, handlers, and effects.
- Strategic mindset to balance short-term deliverables with long-term platform health.
- Understanding of healthcare delivery challenges and provider workflow pain points.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and prospects to understand clinical workflows and pain points.
- Translate insights into Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for solution design.
- Build and validate solutions using the Canvas SDK.
- Partner with engineers to prototype solutions.
- Collaborate across sales, customer success, implementation, engineering, and product teams.
- Shadow senior team members and independently own lower-complexity engagements.
