Physician (Remote, Weight Loss)

Active Physician (MD/DO) license in at least 3 of the following states: CT, NY, GA, DE, CA, FL, NJ, MA, PA, MD, SC, NC, RI, TX, with residency in the licensed state. Minimum of 10 active state licenses. Board Certified, Family or Internal Medicine Preferred. 3 years of independent practice experience as an NP preferred. Telemedicine or virtual care experience is preferred. Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours/week. Proficiency with technology platforms for telemedicine delivery. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong professionalism and ability to work autonomously. Ability to learn quickly, adapt to a quick pace, and express empathy.

Deliver patient care across various programs including urgent care, weight management, lab review, remote patient monitoring, and primary care. Conduct evaluations via video, phone (scheduled and on-demand), and asynchronous communication. Serve a diverse patient population with inclusivity and evidence-based clinical practices. Maintain a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Participate in supervision requirements as applicable for credentialing and licensure.
