Requirements:
8+ years of experience in e-commerce/DTC growth. At least 2 years in a VP/Head/Director role. Proven track record of scaling brands (1-2+ big scale-ups). Experience in companies with $30M-$100M yearly revenue. Proven success overlooking $1M/mo+ budgets across multiple channels. Deep understanding of Meta & Google for leading media buying. Experience building lifecycle programs where owned channels drove 30%+ of revenue. Practitioner-level with attribution (MTA/MMM/incrementality). Experience leading remote, multi-disciplinary teams of 5-10 FTEs. Fluent with Gen-AI workflows for creative, reporting, and funnel testing.
Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end revenue for product lines (acquisition, funnel/CRO, lifecycle, new channels). Set 12-month revenue course, payback/MER guardrails, and quarterly roadmap. Develop positioning, angles, and creative playbooks. Architect and test offers (bundles, pricing, financing, guarantees, promos). Scale acquisition channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, CTV, affiliates). Manage creative flywheel with 150+ ad iterations per month. Own and optimize the funnel (PDPs, checkout, configurator). Grow owned revenue through Email/SMS/CRM to hit >=35% of topline. Run lift/holdouts and MTA for performance analysis. Build and direct a dedicated pod (buyers, creative, lifecycle, analyst). Ensure cross-functional alignment with Product, Supply, Finance, CX, and Sales. Utilize Gen-AI for creative iteration, reporting, forecasts, and funnel ideation.
