Proven track record of tech leading NLP/Search models to solve industry-scale problems. Deep understanding of large language model APIs, prompt engineering, and LLM workflow design. Comfortability taking projects from zero to one and owning the entire lifecycle. BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.

Develop, design, and maintain applied LLM projects including search result retrieval, recommender systems, and multi-bot agents. Refine and optimize prompting, retrieval-augmented generation, and other techniques to improve LLM outcomes. Research and stay updated with the latest AI and large language model developments. Take end-to-end ownership of large-scale machine learning systems, including data pipelines, feature engineering, model training, and production integration.
