Business Value Manager - Financial Services m/f/d

2-5 years of experience in banking technology, consulting, or solution advisory. Proven ability to create and present business cases, including ROI and cost-benefit calculations. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders. Experience in working with both business and IT audiences. Advanced proficiency in written and spoken German and English. Exposure to core banking systems (Temenos, Finacle, Flexcube, SAP) is preferred. Understanding of banking processes is preferred. Familiarity with value engineering or value advisory methodologies is preferred. Experience in strategic consulting or transformation advisory in financial services is preferred.

Engage with customers to understand business priorities and strategic objectives. Develop value-based business cases, quantifying ROI and savings. Collaborate with pre-sales and solution consultants to link business value to solution design. Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations on commercial and operational benefits. Support RFI/RFP responses with value-focused inputs and cost-benefit analysis. Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders. Track and report realised value post-implementation.
