Requirements:
3+ years of consulting experience within Life Sciences or adjacent industry. 3+ years of hands-on SaaS technology implementation projects (Configuration Specialist, Functional Analyst, Solution Architect, Business or Technical Consultant). Demonstrated ability to manage customer-facing activities and stakeholder relationships. Strong presentation skills. Able to travel approximately 20%. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Fluent in at least one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, or Italian.
Responsibilities:
Participate in Veeva product implementation or migration projects. Configure and customize Veeva CRM and Vault platforms. Lead client-facing activities including workshops, UAT, and training. Advise clients on optimizing and harmonizing business processes. Collaborate with international teams on global scalability projects. Contribute to internal initiatives and projects. Grow expertise through certifications and industry best practices.
