Assist customers in navigating the e-commerce site to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to ongoing service enhancements. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and deliver the best possible service. Participate in continual training to remain updated on product offerings and e-commerce trends.
