Requirements:
Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential. A passion for technology and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Assist with inquiries related to account management, subscription details, and streaming challenges. Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on platform updates and features.
