Staff/Lead Machine Learning Engineer (Research)

Drive to continually develop skills, improve team processes, and reduce technical debt. Fluency in English for effective communication of abstract and complex ideas.

Design and run experiments to improve task-similarity algorithms using classic and deep learning techniques. Write technical reports documenting experiments and results. Write clean, readable, and maintainable Python code. Interface with Process Analyst team to discover automation opportunities and pain points. Support productionization of ML models. Collaborate in technical discussions with engineers and product managers. Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvement.
