Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, or a related field At least 10 years of sales and consulting experience in the IT industry Focused on Oracle Applications (preferably JD Edwards), Oracle Cloud and Managed Services Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong understanding of the Oracle Applications & Oracle Cloud value proposition, features, and benefits Willingness to travel within Belgium and occasionally abroad Self-motivated, self-starter, results-oriented, and customer-focused attitude Experience selling cloud technology products and services with focus on customer needs Strong network in and extensive experience with the Oracle Applications & Oracle Cloud eco-system across Belgium
Responsibilities:
Develop and pursue sales strategies to find new business opportunities Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities Develop a strong understanding of products and services to solve customer problems Discuss and demonstrate added value and capabilities to prospects and clients Maintain accurate information of activities, next steps, probabilities, communications, and forecasting in sales tools Develop sales strategies for new clients, including identifying target markets and creating presentations Conduct regular account reviews with existing clients Identify and grow opportunities Prepare effective presentations and proposals Negotiate long term agreements/contracts Participate in marketing and networking events Proactively identify, escalate, and participate in resolving client concerns
