Software Engineer, Front End Leaning (Tech Lead level)

At least 7 years of experience as a software engineer, with at least 3 years at senior/lead level. Experience in a high-performing engineering team operating at scale. Ability to work across the stack, with deep knowledge on client side and experience in implementing complex UI interactions. Relevant engineering experience for a team building an enterprise-grade SaaS product delivering AI-powered video generation (e.g., billing systems, experimentation platforms, video delivery systems, online editors, real-time collaboration). Strong alignment with commercial success. Previous leadership experience of smaller teams is a plus.

Work end-to-end on client application (React) and backend (Python). Manage safe release of features. Have sole ownership of multi-month projects, breaking them down iteratively. Collaborate directly with product managers to ideate and focus on commercial problems. Evaluate own work using data and pivot where necessary. Consider long-term engineering direction for the team.
