Lead AI Engineer

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field 7-8 years experience in data science, machine learning, AI engineering or software development with production deployment experience In-depth knowledge of transformer-based models such as BERT Experience with LLMs: commercial (Anthropic, OpenAI) and non-commercial (e.g. Llama) Knowledge of prompt-engineering techniques (CoT, few-shot learning, fine-tuning/PEFT) Proficiency in Python with frameworks/packages: numpy, pandas; Scikit-learn; TensorFlow, PyTorch; Spacy; LangChain, LlamaIndex Familiarity with AWS cloud computing platform Hands-on involvement in deploying models using Docker and Kubernetes Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic mindset Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills

Drive design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and GenAI systems Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Lead teams of AI/ML engineers, data engineers, and MLOps professionals Integrate AI and data-driven modules into larger software solutions Mentor junior data scientists and engineers Conduct data analysis and model validation Translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Participate in ad hoc pre-sales efforts
