Epicor Implementation Consultant - Financials

Proven experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Epicor Kinetic Financial Management modules. Hands-on experience with Avalara (AvaTax) integration/module within an ERP system. Strong understanding of ERP data structures and experience with financial data migration. Deep knowledge of Corporate Accounting and Finance principles (GAAP/IFRS). Expertise in transactional tax compliance (Sales and Use Tax, VAT, GST). In-depth understanding of tax nexus rules, taxability determination, and exemption certificate requirements. Ability to translate complex tax and accounting requirements into ERP configurations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Lead Epicor Kinetic Financial Management implementation lifecycle. Serve as SME for Avalara module integration within Epicor Kinetic (Epicor Tax Connect). Configure and test complex tax scenarios (Sales & Use Tax, VAT, GST). Manage Exemption Certificate Management (ECM) setup. Configure core financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Multi-Company). Analyze financial business processes and design future-state processes. Develop documentation and conduct end-user training.
