Minimum of 7+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing. Deep experience in digital advertising (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.). Hands-on experience with CRO tools and A/B testing. Experience in affiliate marketing or partner-driven acquisition programs. Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel/Google Sheets, Looker, or similar BI tools. DTC, e-commerce, or subscription-based business background is highly preferred. Experience in a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) online brand or startup environment is preferred. Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-focused company.
