Requirements:
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing. Deep experience in digital advertising (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.). Hands-on experience with CRO tools and A/B testing. Experience in affiliate marketing or partner-driven acquisition programs. Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel/Google Sheets, Looker, or similar BI tools. DTC, e-commerce, or subscription-based business background is highly preferred. Experience in a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) online brand or startup environment is preferred. Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-focused company.
Responsibilities:
Test and adopt new growth strategies, tools, and tactics. Own the business performance of managed channels. Mentor junior members and foster team culture. Own strategy and execution of digital creative assets across Meta, YouTube, and Google. Collaborate with internal and external creative teams. Improve landing page performance and user experience through A/B testing. Manage campaign execution and optimization across Meta, Google, and Apple Search Ads. Develop and manage an affiliate strategy. Analyze performance data to improve efficiency, revenue, and ROI. Monitor industry trends and evaluate new growth tools and platforms.
