5-8+ years of recruiting experience, ideally both in agency and in house At least two years of people management experience, overseeing a team of four or more recruiters Experience in a high-volume, outbound-heavy recruiting environment Ability to utilize different types of social media platforms to source top talent Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels within an organization Strong project management skills Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
