Operations Manager Intern — Master-Level Internship – Startup Programs

Currently enrolled or recently graduated from an MBA or any related field degree, with a focus on operations, project management, or organizational development. Master’s program enrollment or completion is mandatory. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Outstanding communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and drive project success. Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and implementing best practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Assist in project management efforts, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects Provide vision, direction, and guidance to ensure project success and team cohesion Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices Contribute to the development and execution of staffing plans in support of aggressive growth objectives Drive efficiency and effectiveness by refining team processes
