Requirements:
Currently pursuing an MBA or any related field degree, with a focus on operations, project management, or organizational development. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Outstanding communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and drive project success. Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and implementing best practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and optimizing digital project workflows, leveraging project management tools and digital collaboration platforms. Implement digital strategies to enhance operational efficiency, including automating processes and streamlining digital communications. Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and developing data-driven solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate digital tools and technologies into project management and operational systems. Support the planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives to drive team productivity and organizational scalability.
