Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin & English (both spoken and written) Strong customer service experience, ideally in luxury, hospitality, or concierge services Excellent time management & multitasking skills — you’ll be handling multiple high-priority requests Calm and professional demeanor, even under pressure Independent, self-motivated, and accountable – especially in a remote, overnight setting A passion for solving problems, helping others, and exceeding expectations Familiarity with APAC markets, especially Greater China, is a plus Experience supporting high-net-worth or VIP clients is highly valued
